The dental implant consists of three components: Fixture, Abutment, and Crown. Implants can only be successfully inserted if every one of these three parts is fitted correctly.
The titanium screw surgically placed into the jawbone — acts as an artificial tooth root, fusing with the bone over time for a stable foundation.
The connector piece placed on top of the fixture. It supports and holds the crown in place, and must be precisely tailored to each patient's gum shape.
The visible tooth-shaped cap that is cemented or screwed onto the abutment, custom-crafted to match the size, shape, and colour of natural teeth.

Custom abutments are made to fit the gum line, preventing food from getting stuck and reducing implant inflammation — excellent for preventing periodontal disease. For this reason, Make Dental uses only custom abutments, ensuring healthy, satisfactory implant results.
Prefabricated abutments are made to be uniform, and frequently do not fit the gum line properly — leading to gaps where bacteria can accumulate.
We use only customized abutments, made in consideration of the individual's gum height and shape — for a perfect, hygienic fit every time.
Depending on your oral condition, tooth extraction, bone grafting, and implant placement can be performed simultaneously, reducing the number of post-operative visits to the hospital. This procedure is ideal for those who are concerned about repeated dental visits. If the bone is sufficient for the front tooth implant and initial fixation, a temporary prosthesis can be placed on the same day as surgery.
* One-day treatment may not be possible depending on the case and the patient's gum condition. Your final treatment plan will be decided after a consultation with the doctor. The standard length of treatment is around 3 days.
